Forest Landowners Association Georgia Members:
 
The Georgia Senate has introduced and passed a bill that contains serious infractions on private property rights: the bill removes conditions imposed on the exercise of eminent domain power by petroleum pipeline companies. SB 173 is now in the House, and we need you to contact your member of the House of Representatives today and urge them to protect private property rights by voting "no" on SB 173.
